"During the past 25 years, I have had the pleasure of teaching visual art in schools and private lessons and workshops in my studio. To be a witness to the joy of self discovery for both children and adults is an experience hard to equal. The best kept secret of all for an instructor is how much we learn from those we are teaching! This idea that teacher and student work together to inspire each other is the essence of my teaching style. The creative energy shared is the key to the success of my teaching practice, encouraging an atmosphere of growth and artistic confidence for the student."

Carolyn Megill has many years experience teaching visual art to students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 with The Toronto District School Board and The Peel Board.
She has conducted workshops for groups up to 10 and given one on one sessions for beginners and experienced artists. Carolyn's sessions are friendly, encouraging and designed to speak to the desires and needs of each person.
